Surprise wedding ... for the CELEBRANTS, not the bridal couple!!!

On a Monday in May, Kali had a call from our good friend and Celebrant, Joyce, to say that she had the dreaded COVID and asking if she would step into the Celebrant role for a Wedding on the following Saturday!

In those intervening days, Kali and Helen met Jess & Donna via Zoom, then Kali met them in person at their rehearsal before being a part of their beautiful wedding ceremony at the rustic Ye Olde Narrogin Inne in Armadale. Joyce had created the ceremony, including a modern take on an old-fashioned Celtic ritual using ribbons. As Jess & Donna held hands, 12 of their family & friends placed a ribbon over their hands before Donna’s Mum ‘tied the knot’!
